Hong Kong Company Registry
The Companies Registry administers and enforces the Hong Kong Companies Ordinance which came into effect on 3 March 2014. The Registry registers Hong Kong companies aswell as providing the public with services and facilities for inspecting company information and documents. The Registry enforces several other ordinance, including Trustee Ordinance, the Limited Partnerships Ordinance and the Registered Trustees Incorporation Ordinance. The registry is responsible for processing money lender licences and maintaining a register of money lenders for inspection by the public.

The Hong Kong registry is open to the public and provides up-to-date company information on any company registered company. Although finding the documents that you require may be difficult and time consuming.
