Restoration Procedure
In order to restore a company to the Register, we must make an application by way of a Claim Form to the High Court and this is to be supported by the Affidavit of a member or creditor giving details about the company and why the defaults have occurred.
We will require a list of information regarding the company together with a copy of the Memorandum, Articles of Association and Certificate of Incorporation.
The normal timescale for a Court restoration is in the region of 4-6 months
Restoration Process
We require payment of the direct expenses before applying for a hearing date. Once the date is settled we will prepare all the paperwork and you will be sent a Power of Attorney, so that we can act on your behalf.
Please note that our fees do not include any other fees or penalties that Companies House may impose for late filing of accounts. Our service includes all affidavits, exhibits and claim forms, and dealings with the Treasury Solicitor, Companies House and the Courts.
