UK Company Registry – Companies House
We have a strong working relationship with UK Companies House, through 20 years of company incorporation. The United Kingdom’s registrar of companies (Companies House) is an executive agency of Her Majesty’s Government. Companies House handles all new company registrations, along with the filings of specific documents.
All registered limited companies must file annual financial statements yearly in addition to annual company return, whether the company is active or not.
